NOCTUM OFFERS CUSTOMERS THE OPTION TO PURCHASE A ONE TIME USE EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR $10.00 TO BE USED WITHIN A TOTAL OF 365 CONSECTUTIVE DAYS OF THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. THE EXTENDED WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER WITH A PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM WWW.NOCTUMSTYLE.COM THAT CLEARLY SHOWS THE PURCHASE DATE. THE EXTENDED WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID FOR THE EXACT STYLE / PRODUCT THAT WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED. IF A CUSTOMER PURCHASES MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT, THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WILL ONLY BE VALIDFOR THE PRODUCT THAT WAS ORIGINALLY WARRANTEED. CUSTOMERS CANNOT TRANSFER THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM ONE PRODUCT TO ANOTHER. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE ORIGINAL WARRANTEED PRODUCT BACK TO NOCTUM. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR RETURN SHIPPING OF REPLACEMENT PRODUCT FROM NOCTUM TO CUSTOMER PRIOR TO SHIPPING OUT THE REPLACEMENT. THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ONLY COVERS THE SUNGLASSES AND DOES NOT COVER ANY PACKAGING. NOCTUM WILL NOT SEND A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT IF THE CUSTOMER BREACHES ANY OF THESE TERMS. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT AFFECT THE LEGAL RIGHTS OF CUSTOMERS UNDER APPLICABLE STATE OR NATIONAL LAWS GOVERNING THE SALE OF CONSUMER GOODS. IF NOCTUM DOES NOT HAVE STOCK AVAILABLE OF THE PRODUCT THAT WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED AT THE TIME THE EXTENDED WARRANTY IS USED, THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO CHOOSE ANOTHER PRODUCT OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT THAT IS COVERED UNDER THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. IF NOCTUM DOES NOT HAVE ANY PRODUCTS OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT UNDER THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, NOCTUM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUND THE CUSTOMER FOR THE COST OF THE WARRANTY PLUS THE COST OF THE WARRANTEED PRODUCT OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT WITH ONE OF GREATER VALUE. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY REMAIN UNCHANGED.

2) ONE YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE
3) ONE TIME USE OF EXTENDED WARRANTY
4) WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY ON THE ORIGINAL PAIR THAT THE WARRANTY WAS PURCHASED WITH

1) LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS, ALTERATION, OR INSTALLATION OF NON-NOCTUM BRAND LENSES
2) ANY PACKAGING DEFECTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: SCRATCHES, BREAKING, REPLACEMENT PARTS, ALTERATION, MISUSE, OR ABUSE

NOCTUM OFFERS CUSTOMERS A STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS VALID FOR A TOTAL OF 14 CONSECUTIVE DAYS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE. EYEWEAR PRODUCTS COVERED UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY ARE WARRANTIED AGAINST MANUFACTURER’S DEFECTS ONLY. THE LIMITED WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER WITH A PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM WWW.NOCTUMSTYLE.COM THAT CLEARLY SHOWS THE PURCHASE DATE. NOCTUM'S LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY LENS SCRATCHES. ALTERATION, MISUSE, ABUSE, OR INSTALLATION OF NON-NOCTUM LENSES WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY. THE LIMITED WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID FOR THE EXACT PRODUCT THAT WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED. IF NOCTUM DOES NOT HAVE ANY PRODUCTS OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY, NOCTUM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUND THE CUSTOMER FOR THE COST OF THE WARRANTIED PRODUCT OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT WITH ONE OF GREATER VALUE. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY REMAIN UNCHANGED. THE CUSTOMER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR A BREACH OF WARRANTY WILL BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE ITEM AS DETERMINED BY NOCTUM. NOCTUM WILL NOT SEND A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT IF THE CUSTOMER BREACHES ANY OF THESE TERMS. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT AFFECT THE LEGAL RIGHTS OF CUSTOMERS UNDER APPLICABLE STATE OR NATIONAL LAWS GOVERNING THE SALE OF CONSUMER GOODS.
